Our mission is to provide high quality fitness services tailored to individual needs: wellness and fitness for regular clients; specialized conditioning for athletes and dancers; and safe exercises for those with special needs or recovering from injuries. Our instructors are STOTT PILATES®  certified instructors / instructor trainers and GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®  teachers. Some of them are also licensed Physical Therapists and ACE certified Personal Trainers with formal dance and athletic training. They have been selected for their expertise, their caring and people skills, and their interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
